Is there a free trial?

Yes, new users can try Endless Paper free for 7 days starting from the Premium Yearly plan.

I already bought Endless Paper, will I lose the app?

No, don't worry. If you already purchased Endless Paper, you’ll always keep access to the app and all the features you originally had.

Otherwise you can open the in-app shop and select "New Device? Restore Purchase" to reactivate your access.

I purchased Endless Paper before and now I have a new iPad. How can I regain access?

If you previously bought Endless Paper, the app should automatically unlock the features tied to your purchase.
If that does not happen, follow this link on your iPad: ep://support/restorePurchases.
Otherwise you can open the in-app shop and select "New Device? Restore Purchase" to reactivate your access.

I previously bought Endless Paper. Can I have a discount?

Of course you can. If you purchased the app before version 2.0.0, a special discount will automatically appear in the in app shop for your first year of subscription, reimbursing approximately the price you originally paid for the app.

What happens if I change my subscription plan?

If you upgrade to a higher plan, the change takes effect immediately. Any remaining time on your previous plan is automatically credited toward your new subscription.
If you downgrade to a lower plan, you will keep all the benefits of your current plan until the end of your billing period, after which your subscription will switch to the new plan.

Can I have a refund?

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store, including free trials that convert to paid plans, are billed and refunded exclusively by Apple. As the developer, we do not have the ability to issue refunds or override Apple’s refund decisions once a request has been reviewed in their system.

If your refund request was already submitted to Apple and not approved, there is unfortunately nothing further we can do on our side regarding this charge.
For any additional review, we recommend contacting Apple Support directly, as they are the only party able to reassess App Store billing decisions.

Can I still open my canvases if I end my subscription?

Of course.
You will always be able to open all your canvases. However, once your subscription ends, the app switches to read-only mode, so you will not be able to modify them anymore.

What happens to my WebXPs if I cancel my subscription?

Once your subscription ends, your WebXPs will be removed from our servers and will no longer be accessible online.
